The Maxxair Maxxfan Plus provides high-powered ventilation with a 10-speed intake and exhaust fan, ensuring optimal airflow for a fresh and comfortable RV interior in any weather conditions. Control fan speed, thermostat, and air intake/exhaust with the included remote control or with the flush-mount ceiling keypad. The rain sensor automatically closes the lid, protecting your RV interior from water damage.

The long-life, sealed ball bearing 12-volt fan motor moves over 900 cubic feet of air per minute, quickly and efficiently pulling fresh air in and removing hot, stale air and odors. You can run the fan with the lid closed to circulate air inside your RV like a ceiling fan. The exterior flange has waterproof, molded mounting holes for easy installation of MaxxAir vent covers, while the interior insect screen is easy to remove for cleaning. The smoke lid closes securely for a low profile appearance.

The Maxxair Maxxfan Plus features remote control or ceiling keypad control, electric open smoke lid, adjustable fan speed, thermostat, rain sensor, intake and exhaust capability, and a 12''dia. 10-blade fan. It fits all standard 14'' x 14'' roof openings and includes mounting screws and hardware. Roof sealant is sold separately. The tool-free installation allows for quick and effortless setup with waterproof, molded mounting tabs and the option to add the FANMATE Vent Cover (sold separately).
